2011 Membership Drive

Thank YOU! for making KPB's Membership Drive a Success! KPB’s 8th annual membership drive was a success because of the support of businesses and individuals in the Pearland community. This spring, Keep Pearland Beautiful recruited 17 new memberships and 96 membership renewals. We are now 248 members strong! Earlier in the spring we did a serious cleanup of the membership list and plan to keep only current memberships on our active list.

Through the generous donation of two local businesses (Wal-Mart Silverlake location & the Pearland Reporter News) and one of the National Great American Clean Up sponsors (Troy Built) KPB awarded some great membership drawing prizes. A four burner gas grill donated by Wal-Mart was won by new member Kylie Paz. A Business membership prize of a ¼ page ad in the Reporter News was won by Sliverlake Driving School. The overall membership prize, the Troy built yard care kit, went to the Fenwick Family! The raffle took place at the annual Environmental Awards Dinners on May 6, 2011 at the Pearland Community Center.

All in the community are welcome to become a member of Keep Pearland Beautiful. KPB is a 501(c) 3 non-profit corporation and all membership donations are tax deductible.
